WebEOC Nexus – Upgrade Plan

Activity goal: the objective of this scheduled upgrade is to migrate the current WebEOC environment over to WebEOC Nexus.

Maintenance window: Friday, October 9, 2026, between 12:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m.

System impact: WebEOC will be offline and inaccessible throughout this maintenance window.

Action required: See "Home" page in WebEOC for more information

Affected users: Every user on the Colorado WebEOC production instance.
